Donor registration
Before you register
- Between 18 and 65 years of age.
- Weigh at least 45 kg.
- Haemoglobin above 12.5 grams.
- At least 3 months since your last donation.
- Not fasting, eat a normal meal and drink plenty of fluids.

Rather volunteer than donate?
Donating blood is half the work done. Volunteers plan camps, raise awareness, handle data entry and raise funds, the work that makes the mission sustainable.
